What kind of surfaces can I apply my vinyl decals to?

They work best on smooth, clean, hard surfaces like vehicle windows, laptops, water bottles, and mirrors. 

Will my car decal survive the car wash and winter weather?

We use high-quality, outdoor-rated vinyl that is weather-resistant and car-wash safe, but we recommend waiting a few days after application before running it through a wash.

How do I apply my decal without getting air bubbles?

Clean the area with rubbing alcohol, use a squeegee/credit card, and peel the transfer tape slowly at an angle. 

How do I wash my new glassware? Can it go in the dishwasher?

To keep the design pristine, we recommend gentle hand-washing only, avoiding abrasive sponges, and no soaking.

Can I use these glasses for hot drinks?

No, the glass cups are for cold drinks only.

Is the design on the coasters a sticker? Will it peel off?

We use sublimation for our coasters, which means that the design is permanently infused directly into the material using high heat! This means it will not peel over time.

How long does the scent last, and can I refresh it when it fades?

All of our freshies are mailed unscented but come with the scent of your choice. Typically the scent lasts 3-4 weeks but, the longevity depends on how much scent is applied to it.

Can I use my own scents / perfume?

Absolutely! One of the amazing things about felt freshies is that they are reusable so when the scent fades, you can add any scent you like to it. Feeling floral one month and fruity the next? Want to use your favorite perfume/cologne? The possibilities are endless! All without having to buy a new freshie every time.

How do I clean my acrylic sign without scratching it?

Acrylic scratches easily! We recommend using a soft, dry microfiber cloth and avoid using harsh chemicals or glass cleaners.

Does my acrylic sign come with a stand?

Yes! The acrylic signs come with a wood base.
